Shipping:
 Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing during business days.  Average actual cost of shipping to a home is $13, so please keep in mind you are getting discounted shipping. All orders are shipped United States Postal Service or UPS upon request.

Shipping to Canada: Maya Chia products are now available on our website to ship to Canada. We ship via USPS + Canada Post - as well as UPS - to all Canadian destinations.

We work hard to keep the additional shipping rates low so we can deliver to Canada. Please note that any additional VAT or customs fees incurred in Canada are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee shipping times for shipments to Canada. While most our shipments arrive without issue, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

*While we work very hard to keep our shipping rates to Canada affordable, Maya Chia reserves the right to assess an additional shipping fee on large or heavy domestic and international orders. Our customer care team will contact you before your order ships to obtain approval on any additional shipping fees.
