Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a refund on most full-sized product purchases within 30 days, less the cost of shipping and handling. Products must be unopened or gently used. After the 30-day window, we will not accept refunds. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on The Discovery Collection, The Advanced Response Complex Refill Pods, or The Highlight of the Day Illuminating Serums.
If you wish to return your product for a refund, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior email notification. Once your item is received, we will process your return, less the cost of shipping and handling. We do not issue return postage or labels; customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Maya Chia is not responsible for packages lost in transit due to the actions of the US Postal Service or UPS.
Refund Policy Exception:
We offer a refund on The Power Fol Scalp and Hair Treatment and The Power Fol Eye Treatment within 90-days of purchase.
Canceling an order:
If you decide to cancel your order, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped from our facility, we are unable to re-route your package or prevent delivery.
Shipping: Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing during business days. Average actual cost of shipping to a home is $13, so please keep in mind you are getting discounted shipping. All orders are shipped United States Postal Service or UPS upon request.
Shipping to Canada: Maya Chia products are now available on our website to ship to Canada. We ship via USPS + Canada Post - as well as UPS - to all Canadian destinations.
We work hard to keep the additional shipping rates low so we can deliver to Canada. Please note that any additional VAT or customs fees incurred in Canada are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee shipping times for shipments to Canada. While most our shipments arrive without issue, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
*While we work very hard to keep our shipping rates to Canada affordable, Maya Chia reserves the right to assess an additional shipping fee on large or heavy domestic and international orders. Our customer care team will contact you before your order ships to obtain approval on any additional shipping fees.
Unless otherwise indicated, limit one promotion redemption per household. Unless otherwise stated, one promotion can be applied per transaction.
