Face Oils and serums are excellent additions to your routine. They help correct skin concerns, revitalize your complexion, protect your skin barrier and leave your skin feeling soft, healthy and moisturized.
So….The Supercritical Omega-3 Chia Face Oil, The Super Couple Ultra Luxe Face Oil Serum or The Super Blend Pressed Serum Multi-Correctional Moisture Concentrate – how are they different and which moisturizer is right for you?
The Supercritical Omega-3 Chia Face Oil
The Supercritical is 98% Chia Seed Oil and is our “lightest” oil, but don’t be fooled, this oil is deeply nourishing. The Supercritical is ideal for all skin types, especially people with acne-prone, sensitive or dry skin as chia seeds are naturally high in Vitamin B3 and Zinc which are excellent at calming inflammation.
The Super Couple Ultra Luxe Face Oil Serum
The Super Couple combines the powers of Chia Seed Oil with Astaxanthin, one of the world’s most powerful antioxidants and is 65x stronger than typical Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) in combating free radicals. Astaxanthin comes from a micro-algae plant and is a rich coral hue. Fun Fact: Astxanthin (the plant) is prevalent in the diet of Flamingos and gives them a brilliant pink hue to their feathers and helps protect them from the sun. Like The Supercritical, The Super Couple is excellent for all skin types, but additionally works well for aging skin by helping bring vitality and vibrancy back to your complexion.
The Super Blend Pressed Serum Multi-Correctional Moisture Concentrate
The Super Blend is our most complex formulation out of the three, which is why we primarily recommend it for people with aging/mature skin or the driest of skin types. The core ingredients are Chia Seed Oil, Astaxanthin, Vitamin C Ester and Coenzyme Q10. Only a little bit of this pressed serum will go a long way in deeply moisturizing your skin and the Astaxanthin paired with Vitamin C Ester actually increases the efficacy of the Vitamin C’s benefits - brightening, reducing hyperpigmentation and redness, and evening skin tone.
